Enamor has announced that the fabulous Bollywood actress Rakul Preet will be on board for its athleisure collection. The actress has done over 38 films in her career spanning 14 years in 4 languages.

On its Linkedin post, the parent company Modenik Lifestyle announced, “With her dedication to fitness and healthy living, Rakul Preet is the perfect fit for our brand. Enamor’s athleisure collection is a wellness and yoga inspired range designed for your active life. Our mindful apparels help you transition seamlessly from workouts, to work wear, to casual outings. And now, with Rakul Preet as our brand ambassador, we’re even more motivated to keep delivering the best in athleisure for women”.

The newest collections can be bought on the company’s website as well as exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) and leading department stores.

Created by Bangalore based Gokuldas Images Pvt. Ltd. in 2001 as a joint venture with Barbara of Paris – a 70-year-old French heritage lingerie brand, Enamor brought premium fashion lingerie to Indian women. Over the years, it has become synonymous with being fun and fabulous, and has been instrumental in elevating lingerie from a basic need to an exquisite essential. The entity was merged with Dixcy Textiles, thereafter forming a much larger base to cater to the innerwear market for men and women. The other sub-brands of Modenik include Dixcy Scott Originals, Dixcy Scott Maximus, Josh by Dixcy Scott and Slimz.

The athleisure and sportswear market in India is expected to reach USD 40 billion by 2027 from USD $27.89 billion in 2022. “Athleisure” largely includes sports equipment, footwear and apparel markets.
