How big is big enough?
In a timezone when consumers cannot want enough to be delivered at their doorsteps in 10 mins or lesser, offline retail bets continue to grow.
We now have a 9,000 sq ft store housing McDonalds along with a McCafe at Noida, in the National Capital Region.

The property is located at the mixed development property zone – Anthurium at Sec. 73, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The newest McDonald’s outlet is designed to provide a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both quick breaks and leisurely meals.
Harsh Gupta, CEO of Sundream Group shared his excitement, “We are thrilled to introduce McDonald’s at Anthurium as part of our commitment to enhancing the dining experience in this landmark project.

The launch of this outlet underscores our dedication to offering world-class amenities at Anthurium—a project that merges cutting-edge office spaces with premier retail offerings.
Its strategic location and connectivity align perfectly with Noida’s growing commercial and lifestyle potential.”
Anthurium is a project conceived with a sustainable design and exceptional connectivity to Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi.

Spanning over a little less than a million sq ft., the 900,000 sq ft project with residences and offices with a captive audience of over 25,000 working professionals.
Sundream group boasts a diverse portfolio of IT Parks, Commercial Spaces, Malls, Group Housing, and Farm Estates.

Editor’s Note:
At a time and age when Hybrid working conditions – Work from Office / Home are the norm across corporate offices and businesses, it is interesting to note that large business groups such as Sundream are building mixed-use development projects like Anthurium.

On the other hand, when consumers are spoilt for choice with instant delivery of ready to eat food items, it is laudable that global QSR chain McDonalds has embarked on this journey with a 9,000 sq ft store.
With its first outlet at New Delhi in 1996, the burger chain today operates over 800 stores across the country.
McDonalds reported USD 26 Bn in revenues for 2023 with 41,800 outlets in 120+ countries worldwide.
