Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn inaugurated the newest showroom of Kalyan Jewellers’ at Bhoothnath and Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. Kalyan Jewellers reported an annual revenue of Rs. 14,071 Cr for FY 2022-23. PAT grew 30% over the previous year to Rs. 432 Cr. The company operates over 150 showrooms across India and the Middle East.
India is the second largest consumer of jewellery, at 849 metric tonnes annually, only behind China, which consumed 984 metric tonnes in 2022.
