P.F. Chang’s is a global leader in elevated Asian cuisine. The company’s first restaurant has come up at Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Around the world, P.F. Chang’s is known for its immersive Asian dining experience, elevated cuisine, and celebratory environment.

The all-new restaurant, P.F. Chang’s first-ever location in the Indian region, has opened to international guests in Terminal 2 of the airport, which serves an estimated 25 Mn travelers annually.

A second location within the Bangalore International Airport is scheduled to open in Terminal 1 in 2024.

Jagvir Singh Rana, Regional MD, HMSHost India & ME said, “We are thrilled and excited to be among P.F. Chang’s first franchisee partners in India. Travelers in the Bangalore Airport will now get to enjoy an elevated Asian dining experience, with premier ambience and guest service.”

“We feel this is a perfect time for P.F. Chang’s to enter the Indian market, since not only are we seeing a surge in air travel, but we are seeing a trend among travelers to enjoy different cuisines at the airport”, he added.

Kristen Briede, president of Global Brands & Retail at P.F. Chang’s said, “We couldn’t be more excited to continue our global expansion with the opening of not one, but two restaurants in the Bangalore International Airport. We look forward to partnering with HMSHost for many years to provide guests and travelers with the immersive Asian dining experience they know and love worldwide.”

The menu includes the company’s world-famous dishes such as Dynamite Shrimp and Chicken Lettuce Wraps as well as vegetarian options such as Mongolian Paneer. The menu also includes fresh beverages and decadent desserts like the Great Wall of Chocolate.

P.F. Chang’s is known for its made from scratch recipes, ancient wok-cooking technique and for providing a modern adaptation on Asian-American cuisine, always served fresh in a sophisticated and contemporary environment.

The restaurant can accomodate 96 guests and is spread over 2,500 sq ft. Around 50 team members will serve the guests, seven days a week.

Not only does P.F. Chang’s offer an exquisite dining experience, but each restaurant around the world also stands out through its own unique ambiance and interiors.

Airport Retail revenue in India, which includes shopping & dining at airports is estimated to be around Rs. 3,500 Cr pa.
