After stupendous outing with films like Vikram, PS-1, Godfather and Jawan, leading packaged drinking water label Bisleri has tied up with one of the most anticipated tamil language films. Actor Vijay Joseph, popularly known as Vijay and referred as ‘Thalapathy’ by his fans, is ready with his next film titled “Leo”.

Slated to release ahead of Vijaya Dasami, on 19 October 2023, the film is set to release in Tamil with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages all across the world. The film is said to be produced at an estimated cost of Rs. 250-300 Cr and is set to release at 4,000+ screens worldwide.

The partnership will see Bisleri limited-edition packs featuring the iconic ‘Leo’ coin on its wrapper. These limited-edition packs will be made available in 500ml, 1 ltr and 2ltr SKUs, catering to the discerning tastes of consumers across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Tushar Malhotra, Head of Marketing, Bisleri International Pvt. Ltd., said, “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Leo, our eleventh limited-edition pack in the span of a year that connects with our consumers. These movies are a celebration of our rich cultural heritage that plays a big part of our consumers everyday life.”

Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio, the film’s producer said, “We are thrilled to partner with Bisleri, a brand whose values seamlessly align with our movie’s narrative. The collaboration injects a fresh and innovative dimension into our film’s promotional efforts, igniting excitement among fervent movie lovers.”

The retail packs will be available across 40,000 touch points in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. General trade outlets such as kirana shops as well as modern trade outlets such as supermarkets and hypermarkets will stock these limited edition, one-time use water bottles.
