Little do people across the world knows that Burger King is a septugenarian. YEs, the company opened it’s first outlet in the year 1954 at Miami, Florida in the United States of America.
The company operates its outlets across the globe in over 19,000 locations. In India, the company operates 400+ outlets in India, after entering the country in 2014, with its first outlet coming up at Select City Walk Mall, New Delhi.

Dave Egerton and Jim McLamore, two budding entrepreneurs, were on a mission to re-design the perfect broiler, one that will infuse flame-grilled goodness into every burger. And that’s how the BK brand was born.
The Burger King® brand is currently owned by Restaurant Brands International Inc. (“RBI”), which owns three of the world’s iconic quick service restaurant brands – Burger King®, Tim Hortons®, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen®.

From introducing iconic products like the flame-grilled Whopper sandwich, the Original Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Fries, to letting Guests “Have It Your Way”, the fast food chain has been among the people’s favourites when it comes to fries, burgers and cola in over 100 countries.
