Zepto, India’s highest valued Quick commerce company, valued at INR 30,000 Cr recently celebrated its 3rd anniversary. The company made it special by inviting its early patrons and delivery partners to its offices and celebrating along with Co-Founders Aditya Palicha (CEO) and Kaivalya Vohra.
The Q-commerce company was among the last to join the Q of a long list of companies that have attempted deliveries within short durations right after the second wave of the Covid-19 wave in 2021.

Today, Zepto delivers over 10,000 SKUs to over 5 lakh users every day across 26 cities in India.
In the brand film made in house “Mujhe Kya Milega” – translated as what’s in it for me – a casual and usual question asked my Indian consumers, the brand explains that every user who shopped on the platform would get a return gift.

The company gave away over 8 lakh return gifts during the campaign period 13-14 July to users who ordered on the platform.
Over 100+ brands including Coca-Cola India, Nestle Kit-Kat, Nivea, etc. joined the celebrations by sharing wishes to Zepto across Social Media platforms.

On the Spotify app, Zepto created a special playlist to commemorate the event which witnessed a massive engagement.
On its app, Zepto asked patrons to guess “What’s in the box” towards which it received over 40,000 responses.

Over 200 Zepto employees, including the leadership team, hit the roads to deliver orders themselves on the company’s birthday.
This initiative was a unique way for the Zepto team to connect with customers directly and thank them for their continued support.
