Syarbucks, the global coffee chain has unveiled an immersive experiential store in South Korea. Located at Seoul, the Jangchung Lounge R is the first โReserveโ store in the country for the coffee giant.

This new launch also marks the 10th anniversary of the Starbucks Reserveยฎ coffee in Korea.

Lucas Torresi, Managing Director Store Design Stuido for South East Asia at Starbucks shared on his LinkedIn post, โLocated in Jung-gu, Seoul, the Jangchung Lounge Reserve spans over three floors with 180 seats and a terrace.

The store beautifully blends the past and present, housed in a 1960s building reimagined with a stylish, nostalgic interior. Visitors can enjoy a time-slip experience back to the 1960s and 1980s, with original features preserved.โ

The cafe also has an outdoor garden with green plants and a fountain which can seat 40 guests, a lounge and a music room.
One of the top highlights of the Reserve cafe is the โMixology Barโ offering curated cocktail beverages and non alcoholic options along with food pairings and exclusive merchandise.

Starbucks continues to endear its customers across South East Asia, especially in China and in India while the home market continues to remain a challenge with dwindling footfalls and slower sales.
The company had appointed as Brian Niccol as its CEO last month after his predecessor Laxman Narasimhan was shunted out abruptly with less than 2 years at the role.
