There are estimated 5,000+ cafes across India serving premium varieties of coffee and tea to discerning consumers. Pet food brand Paw Petisserie has opened a brand new cafe only for pets.
The first of its many cafes to come has come up at Gurugram (Gurgaon), offering a one of its kind experience for pets and pet patents alike.

The elaborate menu has been designed to cater to furry customers as well as their human companions.
Yashika Arora Founder of Paw Petisserie said, “We’ve created a space where pets and their parents can bond over great food, comfort, and an unparalleled sense of community.

This café is all about celebrating the special relationship between humans and their pets, and we can’t wait to welcome you all.”
For pets, the menu boasts gluten-free delights, while humans can enjoy dishes. From eggs to sandwiches, small plates to hearty large plates, every item on the human menu has a pet-friendly counterpart.

The brand has rolled out an exclusive Christmas-themed food menu with bakery treats, which will be available until 31 Dec. ‘24.
The bakery caters to both dogs and cats, with mostly all the products on the menu suitable for both.
Cat babies enjoy its selection of products, such as Fish Jerky, Chicken Jerky, Salmon Jerky, Salami, Duck Jerky and Pork Jerky.

Editor’s Note
The Pet food market size in India is estimated to be INR 6,500 Cr (USD 800 Mn). The market is expected to double in the next 5 years and several startups are dipping their hands to get a piece of the market pie.
Some of the key reasons why this market is mushrooming is due to increased awareness among pet parents – those who own a pet, growing number of pets across categories, led by dogs and cats, and a higher disposable income among the consumers to buy good quality, tasty and enjoyable snacks for their pets.
