We take immense pride and honour in reporting that India’s largest retail chain has opened Italy’s first store for Hamleys, world’s much loved toy store chain. Hamleys is currently owned by India’s billionaire entrepreneur Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Retail.
Hamleys has opened the Milan flagship store in partnership with Giochi Prezioski, bringing the iconic brand to Italy. Franchise Partner Giochi Preziosi has the exclusive rights to operate Hamleys stores throughout Italy, paving the way for flagship Hamleys locations in Italy’s most iconic cities & promising experiences for families nationwide.
The newest store has come up in the heart of Milan, at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, a bustling thoroughfare adjacent to the historic cathedrals of Piazza del Duomo & Piazza San Babila.
This will soon be followed by the grand launch of a flagship store in Rome. Covering an expanse of 13,300 sq. ft., the flagship Milan store spans two levels & vibrant red & white interior serves as a vivid portrayal of Hamleys’ enchanting universe.
Capturing the brand’s essence of fun, magic, & theater, the new store offers several engaging experiences, with play at their heart, including the iconic carousel & curated brand sections spotlighting brands like Lego, Nerf, and Barbie. The store also boasts an extensive assortment of toys across all kids play categories with a healthy mix of Hamleys’ propriety line and vendor branded merchandise

Hamleys continues to expand into newer markets, most recently the Balkans, with its first store in Albania and Kosovo, & existing territories in India & the Middle East.
