After opening over 100 stores across India since 1991, the country’s most respected department store chain Shoppers Stop Ltd. opened its first ever store in the Jammu & Kashmir valley on 28 Mar. ‘23. The new store is located at Channi Rama in Jammu.

We have worked tirelessly to redefine the shopping experience at Shoppers Stop, and our store in Jammu will provide a seamless customer experience while meeting the lifestyle demands of the people.”

Customers will find a comprehensive selection of premium merchandise that meets the needs of every lifestyle, catering to men, women, and children of all ages and features over 500 of the top leading, national, and exclusive brands in several categories.

Shoppers Stop was one of the first large format department stores in the organised apparel retail vertical and is now the oldest in India with a total spread of 40 lakh sq ft. Since opening its first store at Andheri in Mumbai, the company has brought in many firsts in the apparel retail & fashion retail arena.

The company today operates 98 Department stores currently at malls and high streets alike, 8 stores of Home Stop, 142 speciality stores of beauty stores and 25 different concepts at various Indian airports. The “First Citizen” program has the highest enrolment and participation of customers across any retail chain in India and drives over 70% of the total revenues of the company, illustrating terrific loyalty and stickiness to the brand by its ardent fans and customers.
