Mover over iPhone 17 that is widely publicised for being available for door deliveries in 20 mins or less by quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Big Basket or Blinkit.
Now, one can order and get a brand new motorcycle delivered by ordering on Flipkart!

Eicher Motors owned Royal Enfield (RE) has announced that it has tied up with Walmart-owned Flipkart to sell its high powered bikes online.
RE said that its entire 350cc portfolio of motorcycles would be available on India’s leading e-commerce portal effective 22 September 2025.
This range of bikes available include the Classic 350, Hunter 350, Bullet 350, Meteor 350, and Goan Classic.

The Hunter 350 is the lowest priced model from the RE stable at INR 1,37,640 (ex-showroom) after the recent GST revision.
The Goan Classic priced at Rs 2,20,716 (ex-showroom) is the most expensive in the portfolio.
RE bikes will initially be available on Flipkart for delivery at Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai, which are also the cities that contribute to the brand’s majority of sales.

Royal Enfield authorised dealers in these cities will manage and fulfill the customer journey, coupled with after-sales support.
Editor’s Note
Royal Enfield has quite literally achieved nothing by listing itself on an e-commerce platform.
The same brand, which once upon a time encouraged potential buyers to take a test ride and “feel the art of motorcycling” two decades ago has succumbed to the generational itch of going digital for the sake of it.

For FY 24-25, Royal Enfield surpassed sales of over 10 lakh units in a 12-month period, sold across 1,800+ dealerships in 750+ cities in India.
In India, atleast the majority of real-life motorbike buyers would never place an order for top-end vehicles online and prefer to get it home delivered.
I wonder, what really pushed the eponymous company to take up such a bold and brash step to go digital as a brand touchpoint, which has been the antithesis of its ethos of free motorcycling all these years!
