Samsung Electronics was one of the earliest entrants in India in the 90s and has hence grown its India business exponentially. One of the top reasons for its continued success is the consumer connect the brand has always maintained with its top fanbase.
Be it shopping online or offline, Samsung has been the go-to brand several lakhs of Indians. And to further delight its ardent customers in the National Capital Region, the brand has opened a 3,500 sq ft experience centre.

The new store has come up at the most happening shopping destination of New Delhi, South Extension (Part II) in South Delhi.

The store features the latest in smartphones, tablets, laptops, audio devices, and the innovative SmartThings ecosystem.
The company operates Samsung Experience Stores at three other locations in NCR at Vasant Kunj, Connaught Place and Saket.

Samsung has exciting offers for this launch, including the Galaxy Fit3 available for just ₹1,499, and Paytm first membership with rewards worth ₹1,00,000 with select Galaxy device purchases.
The store will also provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience that will help customers browse over 1,200 Samsung products through the Samsung Store+ platform.
In addition to immersive product displays, the store will feature the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ initiative, offering a variety of workshops designed to empower consumers, especially millennials and Gen Z with knowledge and skills in using technology effectively.

Samsung India reported an annual revenue of INR 102,626 Cr for FY 23-24. Of this, mobile phones and accessories constituted 71% of revenues while home appliances contributed 11% and the rest were from export revenues.
Samsung operates 1,700+ brand stores in the country and 15 premium, experience stores. Samsung also operates 1,100+ SmartCafe stores.
