India’s largest mall operator Nexus Select Trust has added yet another standalone mall in its portfolio. Vega City Mall in BTM Layout, South Bangalore is now part of Nexus and has been renamed Nexus Vega City.
Nexus Select Trust currently manages 1 Cr sq feet of retail space spread across 18 malls in 14 cities in India. The entire portfolio of Nexus Malls includes Grade A Retail space.

Nexus Vega City counts long time tenants Lifestyle, SPAR hyper and H&M as its anchor tenants and also includes other vanilla brands such as Allen Solly, Skechers, Aurelia, Rare Rabbit, W, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Shiv Sagar, Smoor Chocolates, Cookieman, among others.
Nexus operates malls at New Delhi, Amritsar, Chandigarh and Udaipur in North India, Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad in the South, Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune and Navi Mumbai in the West and Bhubaneswar in Eastern India.

Nexus Select Trust is India’s first publicly listed retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Nexus Malls are home to over 1,000 International and Indian Brands with 3,000+ stores housed at its precincts.

During Q3 FY 24-25, Nexus Malls recorded a 6% growth in consumption across their portfolio to INR 3,515 Cr from INR 3.329 Cr during the same period in FY 23-24.
Revenue from operations during Q3 FY 24-25 was 594 Cr while EBITDA was INR 442 Cr.
