Editor’s Note
The National Capital Region around New Delhi is well poised to become one of the most premium shopping hubs in India.
Several international brands have exclusive retail shopping experiences in the NCR, which is home to several High Networth Families (HNFs) as well as expats who work in large international companies, brands and embassies.

Apple Inc operates only 2 company managed stores in India, one in New Delhi and the other in Mumbai’s eponymous Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) which now houses the JIO World Mall. Tesla is also planning a store in these 2 cities.
The overall spending power that the NCR brings to consumer brands in unmatched and there is a huge scarcity for high quality premium retail spaces in the NCR.
