Oman’s popular freshly fried food products brand “Seven Fries” has entered the Indian market in partnership with FranGlobal, the international business arm of Franchise India Group.
The first Indian outlet has come up at Pacific Mall, Pitampura, New Delhi and marks the beginning of the brand’s expansion journey in one of the world’s most dynamic food service markets.

Issa bin Saleh Al Aghbari, Founder of Seven Fries, said: “We are delighted to open our first outlet in India with Franchise India as our partner. India is an exciting market full of food lovers, and we look forward to bringing our signature loaded fries and refreshing beverages to New Delhi.
Over the next 10 years, we aim to reach 300 outlets across India, with our immediate focus on metro cities like Mumbai, Kerala, and Gujarat.”

Gaurav Marya, Chairman of Franchise India, added: “Seven Fries is a young, vibrant brand that perfectly matches the evolving tastes of Indian consumers.
With this launch, we are confident of creating a new category of indulgence in the QSR space. Delhi is just the beginning – the brand has tremendous potential to scale across the country.”

Seven Fries has built its reputation on serving fresh fried potato creations, topped with chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and a wide variety of sauces.
The brand also allows customization, giving customers the freedom to create their own fries experience.

Editor’s Note
The Indian Quick Service Market (QSR) is estimated to reach USD 43 Bn by 2030 from the current size of USD 28 Bn.
Not so surprisingly, the boom in the growth of several international and domestic QSR brands is coming from Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns across India, including popular tourist destinations.

The franchising model empowers budding entrepreneurs with a ready playbook that could be put to execution on the go.
A young and growing population, coupled with fast urbanization and higher disposable incomes are other reasons that are driving growth in this segment.
